Acrobat Pro 64-bit will not run some of our vendor plug-ins. We are required to have Acrobat Pro 32-bit. It does not matter if it is an older Windows machine (been in service for a year) or a fresh out of the box and fresh image. It does not matter if the anti-virus is on or off. The eight machines are Dell with Windows 10 Pro 圆4-bit. ![]() They have been able to make that work once out of eight machines with this issue. ![]() They have cleared the registry of All Adobe products and install fresh from a download off of Adobe site. So maybe if I am luck in 2 days a new tech will call (not a senior tech) and repeat the same process with the same results and comments. They will call in 24 to 48 hours to help fix the issue. Then they say we have to escalate the issue to a senior tech. They have tried a couple different versions. They end up spending two to three hours on these steps while remoted in. So they will remote in to look at it and do the same steps three or four times trying to get it to work. Turn off the anti-virus, again does not help. ![]() Their first comment is to uninstall and reinstall the program. I have opened several tickets with Adobe Support and getting no where fast. Close it in task manager and repeat the process same results. But you can go into Task manager and see it is now running. They get a spinning wheel for about 30 seconds to a minute and then nothing. We have started seeing an issue with Adobe Acrobat Pro 22.1 32-bit for couple months now, where when the end user goes to launch either the program or open a PDF.
